Update 5
No change in weight as of yet. But I am getting stronger. April upped my weights today!
so now the measurements.... not much change yet i'm afraid. I've not been doing my part.
last time this time.
Hips- 43" again, 43"
Waist 32" again, 32" but i can feel muscle under the fat!
Under bust-33" i doubt this will ever change, still 33"
Bust-36" i got 38" probably miss measured, don't think working out makes boobs bigger
Upper arm- 12" staying solid at 12", but there is now just a hair of definition
Upper thigh- 23" again, this also stayed the same at 23", but once again, more definition.
so, i need to really buckle down, other wise this whole thing is a waste. I can run for 10 minutes now. And like I mentioned, I'm getting stronger. I'm sure the viewable aspects would be more apparent if i worked harder on my eating and non april work out days.
